"Products" refer to pre-owned designer items sold through the platform. 1.4. "Membership" refers to any subscription-based service offered by the Company.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1. By creating an account, purchasing products, or using our services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. 2.2. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. Users are required to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under your account. 3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activities or violating these Terms.

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. All sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, products are sold on an "as-is" basis and are not eligible for returns or refunds. 6.2. If an item is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence.

7. MEMBERSHIP AND CANCELLATION

7.1. Membership subscriptions grant exclusive benefits such as early access to product drops and giveaways. 7.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days prior to the end of a calendar month and will be effective the following month. 7.3. If a membership is canceled within the first year, an early termination fee of 50 EUR applies.

8.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of I.C.W and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent. 8.2. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is strictly prohibited.

9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. 9.2. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches. 9.3. The authenticity verification process is conducted to the best of our ability, but we make no absolute guarantees beyond our authentication procedure.
