To ensure exclusive rewards go to our most dedicated members, eligibility for giveaways requires at least two (2) full months of active membership beyond the cancellation period.
This condition does not apply to the standard benefits included in your membership, which are available to all members immediately upon joining.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At I.C.W, we offer exclusive, pre-owned designer pieces sourced directly from the wardrobes of top athletes. Due to the unique and second-hand nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Monthly and annual membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started unless required by law.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that your membership benefits (such as giveaways and early access) will remain active until the end of your paid period.
Important:Your ICON+ membership can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of the current month plus one additional month. This gives you full flexibility while still enjoying exclusive early access, drops, and member-only perks during your remaining time. This policy is clearly stated upon signup. Membership renews automatically every month.
CANCELLATION TERMS & EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

All memberships renew automatically every month (or year) unless cancelled before your next billing date.

You may have the right to withdraw from your membership within 14 days of purchase under EU consumer law, provided that you have not used any membership benefits (e.g. giveaways, free shipping, exclusive access).

PAYMENT & BILLING

If a payment fails or a membership fee is not collected, access to member benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully made.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Any fraudulent activity, misuse of membership privileges, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Attempting to manipulate auctions, resell membership benefits, or abuse giveaways will result in immediate disqualification from participation.

Icon. Wardrobe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Policies, Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
