Icon. Wardrobe is a full-service resale platform designed exclusively for professional footballers who wish to resell their pre-loved fashion pieces.

We handle the entire process, from pick-up and authentication to photography, marketing, and delivery, ensuring a seamless and unique resale experience.

In addition, we create and manage a personalised resale collection for every player, offering a curated, elevated showcase of items from their wardrobe.

Completion of our Client Information Form is required as part of our terms and conditions.

It helps us clarify important details in advance, including payout preferences, potential price adjustments after a set period, and any special requests or restrictions for the sale.

This ensures full transparency, efficiency, and full control throughout the resale process for both the you and Icon. Wardrobe.

Once we pick up your items from your club, home, or preferred location, we take care of everything:

After each sale, your earnings are transferred directly to you, with a fixed commission deducted for logistics and handling.

Our team handles logistics, packaging, customer communication, and delivery so that you can enjoy a completely hands-off experience.

You can either let us price your items based on market value, or you can approve pricing ranges yourself. You’ll be asked to indicate your preferences in our Client Information Form.

A fixed commission is deducted from each sale to cover the costs of logistics, authentication, marketing, and shipping.

This ensures a premium and seamless process from start to finish.

You can choose between two payout options:

• You’ll receive payment within up to 7 days after each sale to ensure there are no claims or issues with the item.
  
• Monthly transfer: A monthly payout, generated on the 21st and paid on the 30th. This payout includes all sales from the 30th of the previous month to the 21st in the current month.

Sales after the 21st will be included in the next cycle.

You can also opt to receive performance updates and key sales milestones, preferences selected during your onboarding via our Client Information Form.

Before the service begins, each player completes our Client Information Form, specifying preferences such as how long an item should stay listed, whether we may adjust the price, or if items should be returned after a set period.

If an item remains unsold beyond this period, we follow the preferences agreed upon in your form.
